Pablo San Roman

Native from San Sebastian "Donostia", Spain. Pablo San Roman was suppor- ted by teachers Luis Iriza and Juan Ma Arzart, he was an infallible hard worker for Maria Cristina Hotel. As an owner of his own restaurant, he flew to México and founded the Sukalde Society (Spanish Cookers at Mexico). Chef Pablo is an active promoter of gastronomy; he participates in forums, teaches at gastro- nomy schools and with a lot of experience at different restaurants, nowadays, he is Executive Chef of D.O. Restaurant and participates at channel 11 "Flavors of Mexico".
